It has never been so easy to make traditional enfrijoladas
Enfrijoladas is one of the most common Mexican recipes at breakfast or dinner. It is a dish with a high content of protein and carbohydrates, excellent to start the day full of energy.
1/2 Cup of dehydrated black beans or dehydrated pinto beans
1 cumin teaspoon
1 salt pinch
1 cup canola oil
12 corn tortillas
2 cups of manchego cheese
1/4 cup cream
Add 400 ml hot water to 100 grams of dehydrated beans, add cumin, and salt.
In a frying pan put the oil and fry the tortillas. Then dip the tortillas in the bean sauce, finally, put them on a plate, and add the cheese.
Add onion and chicken (optional), fold the tortilla, and do the same with the others. Add more bean sauce on the top of the tortillas, add cream, cheese, and avocado.
